Why this directory exists
Most people hire a fence or deck company once or twice in a lifetime, and search results make it hard to tell who actually does the work. Fence installers sit next to landscapers, roofers, painters and handymen who list fences or decks as a sideline, and a business name rarely says which is which. This directory sorts that out for Colorado.
Every listing shows the fence and deck work the company's own website describes: the fence types it installs, whether it builds or repairs decks, composite decking, gates and commercial work. Companies whose own site or Maps listing confirms fence or deck work come first on every city page. Ratings and review counts are Google's, shown as they are, and no company pays to be listed. Any paid placement is marked as featured.
If you run a fence or deck company in Colorado and your listing is missing or wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you want it removed, we will remove it.
How listings are vetted
Colorado Fence Companies lists companies that build or repair fences and decks in Colorado. We found them by searching Google Maps for fence companies and deck builders in 37 Colorado cities and by searching a public business database for fence contractors and deck builders. A business stays when its own website or its Maps listing shows fence or deck work, or when Google files it as a fence contractor, deck builder, fence supply store or pergola builder. Closed businesses, duplicates and businesses with no reviews are removed.
We read each company's own website to fill in what it does: wood, vinyl, chain link and ornamental metal fences, gates, fence repair, deck building, composite decks, deck repair, pergolas, commercial work, free estimates, warranties and financing. When a website does not say, the listing shows "not enough info" rather than a guess. Companies whose own site or Maps listing confirms fence or deck work are shown first. Ratings and review counts are Google's, shown as they are.

Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, or you want your business removed, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
