Cerberus Home

Cerberus Home works from an office in Centennial and replaces windows, doors, siding, gutters, decks, baths and flooring across Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Parker and Castle Rock, with one team and one contract from estimate to final walkthrough. Decks are built in composite or wood by a manufacturer-certified crew, and an existing deck can be re-decked when the footings and framing are sound. Siding comes in James Hardie or LP SmartSide, and painting extends to commercial spaces such as offices, retail, restaurants and multi-unit buildings. Estimates are free and priced in writing, the price locks at contract, a warranty is included, and financing is available on approved credit. Rated 5.0 from 6 Google reviews, all five stars. Most wet areas in bath remodels are done in 1 to 2 days.
