Grand View Deck & Patio

Grand View Deck & Patio serves Arapahoe County homeowners from Centennial and has done so since 2009, led by founder Darrald Barajas, who brings more than 30 years of hands-on building experience. It designs and builds custom composite and redwood decks, single and multi-level, and takes on deck repair as well as new builds. Composite is splinter free and low maintenance, while redwood is valued for durability. Pergolas, patio covers, paver patios and fences round out the outdoor line, and it also installs permanent exterior eave lighting and does exterior painting. Estimates are free and complimentary. The lighting comes with a 5-year warranty, and financing plans are available. Rated 5.0 from 8 Google reviews, all five stars. Before and after galleries show finished projects.
